Guests were amazed by the pool that was larger than an average swimming pool so it was ideal for doing laps without being overcrowded. There was also a basketball net at the middle of the pool with balls and floating boards at the side perfect for bonding with family and friends.
Condition of the room was excellent especially the suites as stated by most guests. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious with fresh clean white sheets. Decors were stylishly chosen and all amenities were in tiptop shape. Moreover, the room had curtains drawn as dark as it can be for a good night's sleep.
The property is only five minutes' walk to the beach and is close to many excellent restaurants and establishments. Guests are pleased that this place is located down the southern end of Sanur but still within short walking distance to everything.
The rooms were noisy at night because of the loud vehicles passing by. Guests were upset especially those light sleepers who were awaken by the noise. Thus, they suggested it is best to choose a room on the pool side, away from the road.
Guests were disappointed with the buffet breakfast. It was the same everyday with not much choices of food. In addition, staffs were a bit slow in refilling which guests find annoying.
There were not enough lounges around the pool which dismayed guests. Lounges were easily taken over by other guests in the morning so you should either be earlier or else you do not get one at all!
