Apartamentos Tabaiba is a family-friendly hotel development located near Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. All of the apartments have a living room cum dining room with a TV, kitchen with hob, toaster and kettle. All apartments are en-suite and have their own private balcony. There are two outdoor pools at Apartmentos Tabaiba with a sun terrace, including one open 12-months a year, and there is also a children's playround. A free shuttle bus takes guests to the beach at Costa Teguise two kilometres away. Apartmentos Tabaiba has a bar and a snack bar, while there are supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The showers at Apartamentos Tabaiba get a big thumbs up. Guests make a point of describing the showers as being powerful and with water that is a constant hot temperature.
Guests find the apartments are a bit further from the town centre and beach than they would like. They report that while there is a courtesy bus into town, it is far from frequent, and most frustratingly of all the last bus is in the afternoon. As such, any evening visits into town require either a car or the payment of a taxi fare either there or back, or both.
Guests who were self-catering were disappointed that the kitchen did not include an oven. This unfortunately makes preparing food a bit more difficult, especially for those guests with families.
Wi-Fi is not free of charge at Apartmentos Tabaiba. Annoyingly for those guests who pay for Wi-Fi, they find it does not work at all well. The connection is poor at best from the individual apartments, leaving some guests feeling like they have been ripped off.
