Guests liked being able to walk to many of the area's main attractions, such as Belfry Tower and Markt Square. Because this hotel is so centrally located, they often felt a great deal of freedom to explore, even without going very far from their accommodations.

Guests generally felt the items provided were more than sufficient to help them start their days well, and especially appreciated that breakfast is included with stays.
Guests said the rooms at the front of the hotel, which face the street, sometimes got noisy because it was too easy to hear pedestrians or the sounds of street cleaning equipment. If you often get disturbed while sleeping, see if the staff can put you in a spot that's as far from the street as possible.
Occasionally, guests noted that the rooms looked a little out of date, and so did the hotel's public areas. However, they mentioned that just as a casual observation in most instances, and not something that would prevent them from staying again.
Some guests got frustrated when trying to use the Wi-Fi. Most often, they said the signal was not strong enough to reach their rooms, but was usually okay if guests were trying to get online in the common areas.
