The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it very convenient for travellers in and out. Guests can catch a flight at the Phuket International Airport which is a few minutes' drive from the building. You can also unwind and enjoy your leisure time at the amazing Nai Yang Beach.
The hotel's management team is always ready to go an extra mile to make sure that guests are comfortable. The manager in particular is very supportive and handles all concerns in a diligent way. This and other factors makes guests to be more confident and at ease during their stay.
Majority of the guests were contented with the status of their rooms. Cleanliness was observed in both the guestrooms and the public areas. They were all spacious, well designed and decorated. Some stated the condition of bathrooms as being well-maintained.
A few guests have voiced their frustrations with the building's unsteady signal. The strength of your signal varies throughout the hotel. At times it kept dropping as one moved from place to place.
Some rooms had noisy air conditioners that kept guests awake at night and made them to have troubled sleep. A few felt that those that emitted a lot of noise were not working well and that they needed replacing.
Even though breakfast at the hotel was good, some felt that it lacked variety as the same food was being served almost daily. To some it was quite repetitive.
