Amsterdam Central Station is directly accessible by bus (14 minutes). From 1933 to 2017 the Beltbrug bridge house accommodated Amsterdam’s bridge keepers. In 2017 the bridge house started a new chapter as one of SWEETS hotel's 28 hotel rooms. As with every SWEET, Beltbrug’s interior is inspired by its architectural history. Bridge house Beltbrug is at about 20 minutes by tram from Central Station. The trams departing at the tram stop around the corner take you directly to popular places like the Vondelpark and Museum Square. Pop into any of the local fashion stores around the neighbourhood, pet cats at the cat café around the corner and try some delicious traditional pancakes at MOOK afterwards.
