Cosy little place

Many guests have remarked that staying in this place is like staying at a friend's house. It's cosy and welcoming throughout and you'll feel very warm even in the cold winter months as the heating is quite good.

Great location

Because this is a residential area, guests have found that it is very quiet and totally relaxing. They're also impressed by the ease with which you can get into town or how close the industrial estate is. Perfect for business travellers.

Excellent breakfast

The food served up in the morning is the perfect way to start a busy day. There are plenty of options and if you go for the full English, it's cooked right there on the spot. Guests are more than pleased with their super comfy bed and a hearty breakfast.

Small rooms

This is a residential house so don't expect rooms that are large enough for you and your luggage. Even so, guests are still surprised to find that the room is actually that small. It's really cramped in there so best not to stay if you are claustrophobic.

Slightly expensive

The rates charged are in line with other B&Bs in the area but due to the size of the rooms some guests feel that they shouldn't be charged so much. You have to park on the street and the walls are quite thin. Not ideal at all.
