Guests say that the Sutchi hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is in a central place very close to the metro. But though the location is ideal and only a few minutes from many attractions like the Dubai Mall, aquarium and Gold Souk, it looks more like the spare parts warehouse that the hotel is part of. Many guests say that the whole place smells of marijuana too.

Most guests say that the staff is hostile. Guests are distressed that the staff members wait for tips to disclose the Wi-Fi password. Also they found the hotel so unclean that after Checking-in because of their prior booking, they left their luggage in the hotel and went in search of another hotel to stay. They Checked-out within an hour from the hotel even after knowing that no amount would be refunded to them. They describe their experience at the hotel a nightmare.

The rooms are cramped and the toilets cannot be entered into as they are so dirty. There is no hot water supply and guests say staff does nothing about it even after complaining. The ceramic tiles also needed fixing. Guests are made to wait for at least half an hour after Checking-in for the rooms to be cleaned and ready for use. But guests say that rooms are still unclean with even food left by previous guests remaining in the fridge.
