Excellent location

This place couldn't be in a better location. It's just a short walk from the beach and many of the local attractions. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to food with dozens of places to eat within walking distance.

Patient management

The staff and managers at this apart hotel are extremely friendly and patient when it comes to answering the very many questions newcomers have. They will help you book tours and will give you some recommendations on the best places to eat.

Incredible views

The views from your balcony are spectacular so you won't want to forget your camera. Ocean views are the best, but there are still some lovely views of Surfers Paradise from the other balconies. There are chairs on the balconies too so you can relax in the morning or evening.

Poor maintenance

The apartments could be in better condition as the furniture and kitchen utensils are starting to get very old and worn. This could be easily remedied with an update of the property but until then, many guests feel it is overpriced.

Housekeeping could be better

The rooms are okay, but the housekeeping actually makes them seem worse. The fact is that the apartments aren't cleaned properly in between guests and guests have found stains in the bathroom and the kitchen.
