Feedback about the rooms here is something of a mixed bag though it’s fair to say that the general consensus is that the rooms are of an acceptable standard. There are no niceties here but guests typically say that the rooms are okay for an in and out stay or a few days.

Previous guests have tended to find the location of the hotel appealing. The property is easy to access from the I-10 yet the setting beside the river is picturesque. There’s a decent choice of dining spots in the area, although a car is beneficial as there are few within walking distance.

Rates at this hotel are probably one of the biggest plus points for guests. The property certainly seems to cater well to guests who want to keep their spend low without compromising on quality too much.

Although rooms are typically found to be reasonably clean upon arrival, a number of guests found cause for concern about the standard of the on-going service. Rooms sometimes benefit from a straightening of the sheets and little else and some rooms were not cleaned at all during a guest’s time at the hotel.

Feedback about the standard of service here is also fairly mixed. Some guests found the staff friendly and attentive while others describe the staff as disinterested and bordering on rude.

Although the rooms are generally found to be acceptable, guests have highlighted several issues relating to poor maintenance in the bathrooms. Reported problems include fans hanging down by the wires and inefficient lighting.
