All the staff members are very friendly and thoughtful. They did not hesitate in going above and beyond to help the guests at any hour of the day. Some of the guests were highly impressed with the manager who was very courteous. Apparently, he went out of his way to accommodate one of the guests who was in need of something. Guests were provided assistance in planning their sight-seeing itinerary as well.
Many guests liked the continental breakfast served. It included cereals, toast, coffee, juice among others. Belgian waffles are a must-try as per some of the guests. The quantity was good enough to give a good kick-start to the day.
Rooms were priced very reasonably and it was an affordable stay. The property was maintained quite well and rooms had all the basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Hardwood floors, high ceiling height and good amount of space to move around added to the comfort level. So overall, the stay at this place was worth the money paid for say guests.
According to few guests, the pillows were way too soft and the beds very hard resulting in a stiff neck the next day. Changing the mattresses would be a good idea.
Noises from the street outside and the trains whistling by annoyed the guests resulting in a disturbed sleep pattern through their stay.
Few guests were disappointed to find cockroaches running hither and tither in some of the rooms. Pest control measures taken by the staff would be much appreciated.
