Most reported solid stays at this no-frills motel. Guests were pleased to note that beds were comfortable and rooms were reasonably cozy. This translated into a consistently good guest experience.

The day staff at this property’s front desk are well-known for their friendly, welcoming nature. Happy to arrange early check-ins and offer assistance as needed, they are keen to help all guests and new arrivals as best they can.

In addition to solid amenities and friendly staff, this motel’s location – right off of I-95 – made it a top choice for those seeking quick access to Providence and the surrounding areas.

In incredible contrast to guests’ daytime experience here, a high number commented very negatively on the unhelpful night staff at this motel. Guests reported that the night reception team were dismissive and even rude when it came to dealing with any issues that arose during stays. This became problematic when guests raised the issue of noise coming from adjacent units, with banging of furniture and shouting being a consistent theme. Many reported simply putting up with the on-going behavior of rowdy guests during the evening hours as night staff were unwilling to act on complaints.

Looking at the reviews of individual guests, the standard of housekeeping seemed to vary from room to room. Where rooms were clean, they were sparkling, but where rooms were dirty, they were very bad indeed, with guests noting filthy sheets, carpets and showers.

Those familiar with SuperStart breakfast bonanzas have come to love the fresh waffles offered by other Super 8 locations. However, these are in short supply here and guests reluctantly made do with the frozen kind.
