Everything is old and smelly, not helped by showers leaking through from the floor above! *It's 'that' sort of place! Staff are sad and bad too because they show not the remotest sign of interest or generating solutions as problems unfold.

Thanks to sloppy standards of maintenance and cleanliness, you are likely to be sharing your bed with numerous uninvited partners ... bugs!

Poor maintenance and appalling standards of cleanliness result in guest complaints and a barrage of offers of compensatory discounts for your 'next' visit. No chance of those being taken up. Even if they pay you, a return visit is as unlikely as .. the bed bugs disappearing!
