Hotel Super 8 Fort Worth (Fort Worth, USA)

Many guests were happy to have a free continental breakfast available in a breakfast room. There was plenty of juices, yogurt, coffee and pastries available for guests to enjoy. It was nice this was included in the rate.

Most guests were happy to have basic and essential amenities in their rooms. They enjoyed having a mini fridge, a microwave and an air conditioning system. The rooms were well supplied in case they needed to heat or cool a food item.

Many guests were happy with the price paid for their room, as they mentioned, that for the price this stay was well worth it. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and there was some obvious remodeling done. There is also an outdoor pool and free continental breakfast available.

There were many guests who had bad experiences with customer service and management. This was either because there were charges made that were never refunded, a poor attitude given by staff and/or no willingness to meet the guests halfway.

The motel is located in an uninviting area which most guests found to be scary. They did not like the ghetto feel to it and some guests had things stolen from their cars in the parking lot. Some noticed obvious drug related activity as well.

There were guests who were not happy with having cigarette smell in the rooms and on top of this to have burn hole in the blankets and curtains. The rooms did not have a pleasant smell to say the least and the sheets were not inviting.
