Motel Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha/West Dodge (Omaha, USA)

Most were happy with the service provided by the staff members representing the hotel. In general, the accommodation’s personnel were thought of as welcoming, friendly and cooperative when dealing with guests.

Although it was not in the most prime position, the accommodation’s location was seen as convenient for exploring the attractions that Omaha has to offer. Along with the downtown area being 15 minutes away by car, other popular points of interest such as Henry Doorly Zoo and the Old Market are in relatively close proximity to the hotel.

Whilst its range was judged to be inadequate on the odd occasion, the Wi-Fi was usually well-received by those that used the facility during their stay at the hotel. In particular, the download speeds were considered to be of a good quality.

A sizeable number of past visitors were left upset about the cleanliness standards of the accommodation’s rooms. Problems such as the excessive smell of smoke, stains on furnishings and mould have been reported multiple times.

Thanks to aspects such as outdated carpets throughout and some rooms showing excessive wear, the hotel has generated negative feedback when it comes to its overall condition. With that said, renovations are apparently underway in an effort to rectify this issue.

The perceived value for money offered by the accommodation was not seen in the best light by former visitors. This was somewhat attributed to the lack of recreational facilities, simple rooms and basic breakfast selection offered.
