The motel's price was thought to be of good value by many who expected the place to be what it turned out to be, a clean and quiet stay with free breakfast. Many enjoyed their stay here and would return for the price.

The motel's location was ideal for many who travel to Myrtle Beach, for its beach. The area is near the ocean, airport, major highway and shopping areas which is convenient to those looking to be near the major attractions and transportation.

There were many who complained the motel did not do a good enough job in cleaning the floors and bathrooms. Small details such as daily housekeeping not being done, coffee not being refurbished were not left unnoticed. For instance, the windows were filthy and tiles were broken, while a smoke smell was the first impression.

Some guests did not have a restful sleep or stay in their rooms because the noise level was too much to bear. Whether the noise came from outside the main road or inside with other guests or staff, the noise levels were enough to wake people.

The motel is thought to need a good upgrade in its basic presentation such as new carpeting, lighting and paint. Small details that greatly irritated many guests who felt the motel was not worth the price.
