The entire property was outdated, torn, and was in dire need of refurbishment. Sheets and walls were stained in the rooms and so were the carpets. Furniture was falling apart and overall it gave an old look to the property.

Breakfast in the hotel was not at all satisfactory as it lacked both variety and taste. Even the elevators were too smelly and had disgusting stains on it. Additionally, some rooms were infested with bugs.
