This motel has some pretty major issues but rarely do guests find that the standard of service is one of them. There are times when the staff can simply make the best of a bad situation but they do so in a friendly and positive manner. More than one guest has suggested that the staff is the only reason they would return.

If funds are tight, then the low rates here may make this motel a viable option. In addition to the low price for the rooms, free parking and Wi-Fi mean you can keep more of your money in your pocket.

Although having a car would be beneficial here, a fair number of guests rate the location of the motel reasonably highly. There are shops and dining spots within easy reach and the setting near Washington Road means it's a straight shot into downtown Augusta.

By far the most frequently reported issue is the quality or lack thereof of the rooms. Guests have almost nothing nice to say about the accommodation here, often describing the rooms as filthy and poorly maintained. Bugs are regularly seen and the beds and other furnishings have seen better days.

Previous guests have consistently found the breakfast to be substandard. Reviews suggest that the breakfast area is very small with nowhere near enough seating for the number of people wanting to eat. Guests also mention that food runs out quickly and is not restocked in a timely manner if at all.

Guests who were in town for the Masters Golf Tournament were disappointed by the inflated rates over this period. Rate hikes during events are not unusual for hotels but the percentage increase here is often described as particularly excessive.
