Many reviews mentioned how friendly and helpful the staff is. They go out of their way to treat everyone with respect, keep the hotel tidy and most importantly make sure each guest is having a positive experience.
Sun Holidays is an affordable hotel for the price charged. Guests commented on how clean and comfortable their stay was. Many also noted that while they were expecting very basic amenities for what they paid they were overall impressed with the service and rooms.
While the hotel is reasonably priced some guests found that the amenities were lacking. For instance, there are no air conditioners in the rooms and Wi-Fi seems to be limited throughout the hotel (apart from the free Wi-Fi in the rooms).
The hotel website notes that there is free parking nearby but there isn’t an option for on-site parking which bothered some guests. Having to find parking in the public lot and carry their belongings while navigating seemed to be more of a hassle than anything.
There were a few reviews commenting on the noise coming from other rooms due to thin walls. Though nothing extreme it was an annoyance that kept those guests from enjoying their stay fully.
