The large size of the bedroom suites was very impressive according to guests. Moreover, the immaculately clean rooms were also fully equipped with a television, fridge, huge beds, and all other major appliances and equipment.
Guests speak well of the four different types of swimming pool provided on-site. Guests can use these different pools, which can either be heated or non-heated, due to the property's unique layout. They were able to enjoy the pool facility most especially the children.
Most of the negative reviews were focused on the loud and disturbing noises coming from the air-conditioning units. These units were making some loud noise which lasted for a few days or for the whole duration of their stay so guests were not able to sleep properly especially at night.
The lack of proper Wi-Fi signal within the hotel was very displeasing. The Internet was very limited and hard to access especially inside the rooms. As a result, guests had to go outside just to get a decent signal.
Most guests were disappointed with the poor quality of the beds as well as the couch. Moreover, the sheets and overall bedding were quite smelly and old, while the couch or sofa beds were uncomfortable and were made of poor quality synthetic material.
