Hotel Sukharevsky (Moscow, Russia)

Guests loved the hotel's location the most. It's only a five-minute walk from the closest metro station, and a short ride from the city centre. It's in a very walkable area, so if you don't mind logging some miles, you can reach any part of central Moscow on foot. In addition, you'll be near some excellent dining and fantastic shopping on Tsvetnoy Bulvar. A walk up north towards Prospekt Mira will lead you to some interesting and trendy cafes. Head south for Myasnitskaya Street and Chistye Prudy for more popular hangouts.

Having been recently renovated in 2015, the rooms still look very bright, ornate, and clean. Guests were impressed with the modern and quality appliances, especially the convenience of a mini-fridge.

The breakfast is highly recommended. It is a small breakfast buffet with somewhat limited selection, but the food that is offered is top quality and simply delicious. Guests call it a good start to an active day. In addition, guests also recommend the onsite restaurant, but suggest that you dress up a bit.

There is no elevator onsite, and the stairs are said to be a challenge, especially with large luggage.

The Wi-Fi is a bit on the slow side. In addition, most guests had trouble connecting. As with most public Wi-Fi systems in Russia, you need to have a local phone number to request an access code. Fortunately, if there is a staff member available, they will gladly help you out.

The air conditioning system is not the best within the rooms, but it also seems that the rooms do not keep a stable temperature at all. Guests also complain about being cold.
