The suites at this property are very large and provide plenty of space for guests. Many rooms are equipped with a kitchen, a living area, and a separate bedroom, which gives guests the chance to prepare their own meals, as well spend the night in a private sleeping area.

Past guests have liked being close to a metro station, as this makes it easy to explore the rest of the city without having to pay for a taxi or deal with traffic. There are numerous attractions along the metro route that guests have enjoyed checking out.

There have been complaints about the noise levels at this property. Since the hotel is located in a very busy part of Mexico City, there is a fair amount of noise that comes from the street traffic. Guests with rooms that overlook the street have said that it is quite noisy and, therefore, difficult to sleep.

Guests have run into numerous problems with the air conditioning units in the rooms. There have been cases where the air conditioner has leaked water all over the floor, causing there to be a puddle. In other cases, the air conditioning hasn't worked properly, leaving the room too hot.

Multiple guests have said that their rooms had a bad smell to them. These guests couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from or what is was, but said that it was present throughout the hotel.
