The resort also offers a free shuttle service to partnering resorts.
The suites and villas are clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and offer balconies/patios with ocean views. The bathrooms are modern and fitted with jetted bathtubs. For guests who wish to self cater, the kitchenette is also fully equipped with a fridge, stovetop and cookware.
Most guests found the staff to be welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful. Guests commented that the staff work hard to keep the grounds beautifully maintained, to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that guests have a relaxed and pleasant stay.
While the resort is set on a private beach, some guests commented that it is not safe to swim at this beach which was disappointing. For the beach you'll need to travel further down the coast or visit one of the partnering resorts.
While most reviews regarding the service were positive, from time to time the service was slow and some guests felt frustrated by the long waiting times until their drink and food orders to arrived. At times guests also experienced long waiting times for transportation to arrive.
Some guests felt that the resort was too isolated with the cliff side location meaning you need to either walk long distances or take a taxi or golf cart to travel outside of the resort grounds.
