The hotel is located next to a dense fruit grove and guests can walk up to the old town, visit shops and restaurants in and around the newer sections but still enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the location.
Many guests say that the hotel has amazing facilities at a bargain price providing a stay of total relaxation. The pool is wonderful to swim in or just relax on the loungers basking in the sunshine. Staff is very polite and go out of the way to help guests.
The suites are lovely and a really good size. Guests say they accommodate four members easily. They loved the pool, sea and views of the grove. Guests travelling with pets say that they loved the way pets are made to feel welcome at the hotel.
Many guests say that parts of the hotel like broken tiles and faulty sliding door handles are in need of repair. Some guests say that they do not recommend the hotel in low season as they feel that the hotel is not used to catering to foreign visitors.
Several guests say that the dining room was closed during their stay. They have to fill a breakfast request form the previous night and food from a local cafe is sent up to their rooms, which they say is lukewarm and just about edible.
Some guests say that the shower and air conditioning system are defective. The manager could not do anything about it, except not charge guests for parking. But if guests make a credit card payment the parking is still charged, which guests say is adding insult to injury.
