NorthBay At Lake Arrowhead is located within a quiet, secluded, private gated community, which also boasts access to private Lake Arrowhead. Though it has the atmosphere of a mountain getaway, the hotel isn’t far from civilization. There are grocery stores, shops, a deli, restaurants, and coffee shops only half a mile away, and Lake Arrowhead Plaza is only a three-mile drive. Guests also liked that there are lots of hiking and biking trails near the hotel, and its convenience to Big Bear’s ski resorts.

Guests loved the well-equipped kitchen in their rooms, and were amazed by the views from their balcony. The room feels like a home away from home.

NorthBay At Lake Arrowhead boasts a lovely lobby area with welcoming décor. Guests said it was an excellent place to unwind or just hang out. You can play a game of pool with friends, or enjoy one of the many other activities. Guests also really enjoyed the onsite fitness and swimming facilities.

Many guests were confused about how to get to the hotel, and were not aware that it was inside a gated community. The hotel did not seem to provide clean directions, and typing in the address into a GPS may lead you to a fire-access only gate. Make sure you study the route ahead of time, and be prepared to contact the hotel if the entrance gate is not manned at your arrival.
