Guests appreciated having several dining and shopping options nearby as well as gas stations and bus stops. The ample free parking was a plus for motorists, who also said the proximity of the President George Bush Turnpike and Dallas North Tollway made it hassle-free to get to sports venues, airports, local attractions, universities and hospitals.

Guests said that while they weren’t the height of luxury many of the studio-style rooms were pretty spacious and clean and comfortable enough for their needs. There was praise for the kitchenettes equipped with everything guests needed for a longer stay including cutlery, dishes, microwaves, hobs and fridges. The usually low room rates appealed to those looking economize. Many guests noted that their rooms were fairly quiet considering the proximity of roads.

Although reviewers welcomed the provision of free Wi-Fi at this property, it disappointed some guests that the network speeds and coverage were underwhelming from time to time.

Maintenance issues such as malfunctioning key-cards and a poor quality TV picture bothered critics in several rooms. It was also claimed that parts of the property had tired-looking decor, which could have done with freshening up.
