Negative Reviews
negative:
Some rooms away from the main building.
Guests who stayed in the annex building said that they had to walk across to the main building to get to the dining room which was sometimes cumbersome especially during bad weather.
negative:
Too many four-legged friends.
The hotel is dog-friendly and there are quite a few guests who stay here with their pets. Some objected to being able to hear dogs barking in the rooms as well as seeing them in many of the communal areas including the lounge.
negative:
Too many stairs.
There is no lift on the premises and some guests whose rooms were located on the upper floors said they found it quite tiring climbing the narrow stairs especially when carrying heavy luggage.
