Hotel St Georges Inn Victoria (London, United Kingdom)

According to guests, employees at St George’s Inn Victoria, were polite and friendly, with some making themselves available at all times. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. Although a bit on the small side, they had all amenities for a relaxing stay.

Some of the guests who stayed at St George’s Inn enjoyed the variety of breakfast options on offer. Guests were also delighted with the selection restaurants that were literally on the hotel's doorstep.

Very good location for public transport links and being minutes away from many attractions were positive points highlighted by guests. Rooms on the upper floor at the St Georges Victoria offer amazing views of famous landmarks, including Big Ben and the London Eye.

Staff manning the front desk were extremely rude and made inappropriate comments. The rooms were inadequately prepared for multiple room occupants and the décor is in need of some refurbishment, not to mention maintenance of the rooms.

The food was very basic according to some guests. Some were given wrong seating times for breakfast and no allowances were made for them being misinformed. They also found the breakfast staff to be very unfriendly and disinterested.

Please note there's no lift at this hotel. Past Senior citizen guests who requested rooms on the lower levels, because of this issue, were totally disregarded. Rooms positioned next to the kitchen were poorly ventilated and smelt very mouldy, according to guests. They also expressed that the lower level rooms can get a little noisy.
