Situated less than 20 minutes outside Plymouth, the hotel channels the charm of the English countryside but is still within easy reach of the city. The Plymouth Railway Station and the airport are both only four miles away.
Many guests came to the hotel by car so they appreciated not only the complimentary but also convenient parking. Almost all guests loved the free and fast Wi-Fi access in the rooms - a necessity in modern times. Visitors also said their stay was made perfect by a restful sleep on the hotel's comfortable beds.
From a bountiful breakfast to a delightful dinner, guests of St Elizabeths House were satisfied with the onsite restaurant. If you're a sensitive sleeper, you may want to request a quieter room upon reservation. Some of the guests complained about their room's thin walls. Specifically, guests with rooms close to the lobby area tend to be susceptible to the murmur of coming and going guests.
While some rooms were recently renovated, guests thought that they could have paid more attention to details in making the upgrades higher quality. Several guests found items that were supposed to be new but already damaged or poorly installed.
