Hotel SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Bern (New Bern, USA)

Guests reported that they had ample room to move around and store items in the guest rooms at SpringHill Suites New Bern.  They also reported that the beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless, the decor is modern and tasteful, there is plenty of water pressure in the showers and all the appliances are in working order.

The hotel is quite easy to find and getting around the area is easy because everything is so close and this makes this hotel the perfect launching pad to explore the New Bern area.  Shops, restaurants and the waterfront are all within walking distance.

The well-organized breakfast that is served each morning features a large and diverse assortment of quality items.  Guests reported that everything is delicious, well-prepared and fresh.

Guests reported not feeling very welcome at SpringHill Suites New Bern because they were ignored for a while at the front desk by staff who were preoccupied with other things and who turned out to be unfriendly.  They don't make eye contact when checking guests in nor do they smile.

The Wi-Fi internet service at this hotel is terrible and rarely works and guests also reported that their cell phone didn't work anywhere around the property.

This hotel is located right next to a very busy highway and the noise level is such that getting a good night's sleep is almost impossible due to the traffic noise.
