Sponars Chalet is a traditional ski lodge, beautifully situated at 1500 metres, 7 kilometres from Perisher Blue. Unlike most lodges above the snowline, Sponars has plenty of parking, making it the ideal lodge for a week end stay, no carting luggage on the Ski Tube or over snow.The facilities at Sponars are excellent. The indoor heated pool and steam room are perfect for tired muscles after a day on the slopes. Sponars has a large comfortable lounge, with open fireplace; satellite TV area; games room with pool table, darts etc; drying room; small library and lively bar.Our Chef serves hearty skiers breakfasts and delicious 3 course dinners. Dietary requirements are catered for. There is plenty of entertainment in the evenings, karaoke, poker tournaments, darts comps, magicians and musicians. If you prefer something quieter, there is room to sit and read, or play a board game.Our ski hire is well equipped with the latest gear and clothing with very reasonable prices.
