For the price paid by the guests, many thought the motel was a good deal given it has an outdoor pool, offers WiFi, and rooms have flat-screen TVs and hot showers.

Most guests understood they were not staying in a fancy hotel but expected to see a bit of effort done in the cleaning and service.
