Guests are provided with towels and bed linen free of charge. The apartments are serviced weekly, and also feature airport shuttles at an additional charge and luggage storage. Guests can purchase groceries from the numerous supermarkets nearby, or walk to any number of cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartments are within 10 kilometres of Dublin Airport and two kilometres of Temple Bar and Grafton Street, where guests can find a vibrant dining and nightlife scene.

The apartments generally receive very positive reviews, with previous guests agreeing they are well-appointed with all the necessities, that the decor is stylish and modern, and that there is ample space for groups of all sizes.
One bonus highlighted by many reviewers is how quiet and peaceful the area in general, and the building and apartments in particular, are.
