The apartments are a big step up from a traditional hotel stay. The rooms are gorgeously decorated and have everything visitors might need or want. The full kitchens include cookware so guests never need to leave to find a restaurant. Plus, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

The reception staff, and wait staff, treat guests more like old friends come home for a visit. They go above and beyond a traditional welcome and work to ensure the entire stay is one of quality. Although the stay is of quality, those nitpicky details can add up to a large irritation. Sometimes, toiletries are missing, the TV remote has disappeared, or utensils needed have gone missing. Also, the WiFi can be spotty.
