Sonnenbichl am Rotfischbach is an independently operated 4-star hotel between Fischen and Oberstdorf in the calm countryside of the upper Allgau. The Sonnenbichl Hotel is located at the Red Fish Creek at 800 metres altitude amidst lush meadows, high mountains and quiet forests, with hiking trails beginning right at the hotel's doorstep. The Allgau stands for activity holidays - cycling, mountain biking, canoeing or golfing – guests enjoy a green-fee discount on 11 nearby golf courses. In the winter, cross-country ski trails offer fun as well as the ski areas Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Kleinwalsertal, Bolsterlang and Ofterschwang that can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.
