The rooms are reportedly well-presented, spacious, comfortable and convenient. There is plenty of storage space to house your luggage and belongings. The kitchenette is well equipped with dishes, cutlery and utensils to meet all your basic needs. Although housekeeping is provided only once a week, the rooms were found to be very clean. At your convenience you are able to exchange your used towels for new ones at reception.

Candlewood Suites are conveniently located with easy access to shopping areas, cafes, restaurants, night life and the airport. Sites such as the EB Jeffrey Park, 99s Museum of Women Pilots and White Water Bay are less than 10-minutes' drive away. For guests attending a fair, the Oklahoma State Fair Arena is a 10-minute drive away.

Staff have been described as friendly, courteous, pleasant and professional. The check-in process is quick and efficient. Staff are also accommodating, quick to provide assistance and endeavor to meet special requests where possible.

The hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Some guests complained that the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the corridors and also entered some of the non-smoking rooms, which created an unpleasant experience.

Some guests felt that the hotel was too expensive for what was offered. In particular, housekeeping is available only once a week. If further cleaning is required, you will need to do this yourself as well as throwing out the trash.

Some guests reported that the carpets in some common areas and guest rooms were stained and in need or either a thorough clean or replacement.
