Breakfast is good quality and with more than adequate choice. The breakfast area is clean and items are replenished automatically - so everyone gets some! Coffee is also available for those really early starters whose routine is dictated by the airport timetables.
Rooms are of a good size; nicely decorated and furnished. they are cleaned methodically to a high standard. They are well designed to accommodate bulky items such as the refrigerator, without them taking over the room space.
Staff are really nice and smiling; even with those really early starts where breakfast coincides with late night revellers returning! The hotel is very close to the airport but there's no accompanying noise problem and they've got a handy store area in the lobby where you can stock up on last minute incidentals. There's a free shuttle to the airport ... and to the nearby Marriott, where they've got a full restaurant menu.
There's an unwillingness to satisfy legitimate complaints-and this comes with an 'attitude' to match. This is particularly noticeable if it involves the hotel refunding money. They don't like that and their corporate handbag goes into high security mode.
