A number of guests claim when you count the I-Drive location, the room features and the resort amenities it's hard to beat the price. Visitors also said they would stay here again, particularly people who have larger families to take on vacation.

Since it offers a home away from home, many people say these suites are more like apartments than hotel rooms. Everyone has their own privacy and the full kitchen makes dining more economical.

An overwhelming majority of people love the location of this hotel. It's close to the major theme parks like Disney and Universal, but it's also within driving distance to locations like Sea World. It's also a stop for the I-Trolly that takes visitors to other attractions of International Drive.

A large number of guests felt that the free breakfast offered has a great selection and is pretty tasty. Others, however, feel it's 'acceptable' at best and, at its worst, is unappetizing and inedible.

While the hotel lists daily housekeeping, some guests claim that it's difficult to get towels and clean bedsheets. Others mentioned that housekeeping showed up only once although they booked multiple days. Some visitors also mentioned that the floors seem rather dirty and un-mopped.

Some visitors mentioned that they felt that the pool / spa should be open longer, particularly since most people spend their days at the parks and want to unwind in the evenings. Some also mentioned that given the size of the hotel, the pool is small in comparison.
