In addition to this, the airport of Mallorca can be reached in only 25 minutes, the capital of Mallorca, Palma, in only 20 minutes and the coast with its wonderful beaches and bays in 10 minutes. The building is full of character and the impressive history dates back to before the year 1439, when its existence was first documented. Son Malero restoration has just been completed and great emphasis has been put on respecting and restoring all historic elements of architecture. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and heating. Other facilities include bodegas, swimming pool, lunge with T.V and chimney, gymnasium and solarium. 12 persons can be accommodated in four double bedrooms, on Studio with kitchen and a complete apartment.
