Residenza Sole is located near the residential area of Villasimius. Famous resort at the far southeastern tip of the Gulf of Angels, Villasimius is a must for tourism in Sardinia. The residence is located just 1000 meters from the beach.All apartments are furnished in a simple way and according to the taste of each owner included in the frame house on two levels with small porch or patio. Each apartment has a small dining room or mobile.The first services such as bars, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance from the apartments about 500 meters. All other services such as bank, post office, pharmacy and shops are about 200-800 meters and are located in the center of the country.COSTS REQUIRED: ¿ 200.00 per apartment in check or cash (at the start is made). Extra services: electricity, water, gas and final cleaning ¿ 18.00 per person per week (excluding children aged 0-3 years). Bed linen and towels per person ¿ 15.00 (first delivery system). Optional costs: Bed linen: ¿ 10.00 per person. Towels: ¿ 8.00 per set per change. Pets allowed with a supplement of ¿ 50.00.
