The cleanliness in this hotel has been very highly rated. Guests have found the place spotless and have hardly any complaints in this matter. It has been repeatedly mentioned how spotlessly clean the hotel is.

The staff members in this hotel have been described as excellent. They are welcoming, friendly and always willing to go out of their way to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the guests. Teresa, in particular, has been mentioned as being very friendly and helpful. A full English breakfast is served and the food in the hotel restaurant is described as good and plentiful. If a change is required, there are various eating options nearby.

The bathrooms here have been described as very spacious with lots of hot water, which was found really comforting after a day out on the ski slopes.

Although the food is good, it has been mentioned that there is rather a lack of vegetables here. Andorrans are basically meat eaters and the local cuisine would reflect that. Another area that seems to be a problem is that there is a lack of luggage storage space in the rooms. This is particularly relevant when it comes to bringing back clothes which have become wet from skiing.

Although the hotel is nicely located near golf and skiing and local amenities, some of the guests have mentioned that it is situated on a slope, which means a rather difficult walk to the hotel if you have mobility issues.

There are pubs and a nightclub nearby, so the noise level at night could be somewhat disturbing if one is a light sleeper.
