Located just south of the SM Mall of Asia, and considered one of the premier resorts in Manila, Solaire Bay View is a massive complex with a nightclub, an outdoor pool, and extensive leisure amenities. The range of rooms and suites tend to offer either bay or city views. Each is elegantly furnished and decorated and features amenities such as large flat-screen TVs, minibars, tea/coffee stations, and thoughtful extras such as iPod docks. Aside from the casino, the resort also has its own shopping area and a wellness area with a spa and gym. There are ten restaurants and two bars at Solaire Bay View. These range from the Chinese fine dining to be found at Red Lantern Restaurant to the Solaire Food Court, a great place for families to tuck into Asian and Western favourites. Those who can drag themselves away from the resort may choose to head six kilometres to the north to visit the popular Manila Zoo.
