Guests can take their pick of five rooms and suites, each with unique features such as iron and stained glass accents, and a light reflecting Venetian chandelier. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, a minibar, safe, digital TV, and a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, and snacks. The spacious bathroom has a plush bathrobe and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms have a private terrace, while the two-level contemporary suite has a kitchen. A concierge service is available for tour bookings. A lovely roof top terrace with lounge chairs is the ideal place for a sunset drink. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost. Soggiorno Rondinelli is a five-minute walk from the Duomo.

Just five minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella train station, and down the street from highly rated restaurants, many guests said that, should they return to Florence, Soggiorno Rondinelli would be their top choice.
When the weather was good, guests couldn't get enough of the roof top terrace. Not only could guests take in the picture-perfect terracotta roofs of Florence, they could unwind amongst the jasmine and other fragrant greenery.
Guests were received with a warm smile and the offer of a map to make the most of the city. If you're looking for great hospitality, chances are that you will find it here.
Some guests found it hard to navigate the stairs. With no lift in sight, there were as many as four flights of stairs to tackle, which was sometimes inconvenient. While front desk staff generally offered to assist with luggage, guests would have preferred an easier ascent.
Guests who needed to contact the front desk weren't always in luck. Late or early arrivals required special notification, and some would have liked to be able to find someone on the premises when problems or inquiries arose. The good news, though, is that the host was found to be easily contacted and responsive when elsewhere.
Free Internet access was a nice touch, but some guests were frustrated with the Wi-Fi capabilities here. If you are reliant on the Internet for business, this could be something to keep in mind.
