Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The owner in particular is very gentle when handling guests. Every request and need that you may have is quickly met. The staff members are well trained and they always take pride in their work.
From the entrance to the rooms, the hotel is very well maintained as far as hygiene is concerned. The lovely garden are immaculately kept. The housekeeping team is always detailed in their line of work.
As the hotel is close to various amenities in the area, guests do not have to travel far to shop, dine or have a good time. The swimming pool is fantastic, rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view. Guests felt that the prices were reasonable and they were happy at the end of their stay.
Guests who used the hotel's wireless internet signal were left dismayed as a result of the very poor connection. Common complaints were that the Wi-Fi signal is weak in the rooms as opposed to public areas.
Those with rooms near pool were quite disappointed that they couldn't get a good night's rest because of all the noise and loud music. The pool area was open till late night hours. At times a lot of partying was going on.
