Well maintained facilities in rooms
Guests were pleased to find that the rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The rooms are colourfully decorated and modern .The bathrooms were very sizeable and the water pressure was good.

Perfectly positioned close to attractions
The hotel is well located near plenty of shops and restaurants in the area to suite a wide variety of tastes. Guests have the chnace to visit the Prophet Mosque which is just an easy reach. Sites such as Al Haram and Masjid al-Quba are also within reach.

Guests can experience different cuisines at the two onsite restaurants. Both Al Makramiya and Al Sukariya serve diverse and quite plentiful dishes. The wait employees at the respective restaurants are very customer focused and take pride in serving guests.

A number of guests thought that the hotel's reception members were very unfriendly. Their unwillingness to help can put a damper on many guests' stay at the hotel. Most of those affected complained about unmet requests and rude replies.
