It's difficult to match this location. Whether you're here for the beach, Disney, or to see a Flying Tigers baseball game ... the journey is brief and easy.

Not only are the rooms attractively well decorated and furnished, they are kept really clean on a daily basis and the beds are super comfy.

There are some really nice restaurants near this hotel. What a refreshing change not to be limited to fast food outlets - however good they are! It's worth noting too that the hotel breakfast is really appetizing and far better than you might have expected.

The room is an area of devastation with uncleaned chairs and tables. Yes, previous guests would benefit from taking on board a few basic manners, but arriving diners don't want to sit down for a meal in these circumstances. Add to this, the fact that they start clearing up and stacking chairs before breakfast finishes - and this is a very weak area of the hotel's operation.

Great that the rooms are clean, (but with very poor finishes to painting and decoration). A shame that the cleaning concept doesn't extend to cover the 'damp and depressing' carpets. The air con works flat out but is ill-equipped to cope with the humidity.

WiFi works for a few minutes then splutters into a nil signal. Storage space in the room is 'minimal' - that's the polite word! The toilet doesn't flush due to long term plumbing problems and whilst the pool is nice, there are no towels provided!
