The ground floor of this Chungking Mansions property is occupied by a bazaar, complete with a range of buskers and stall holders. Many arriving guests report that sellers can be unpleasantly aggressive in promoting their goods and services.

In addition to being bothered by the aggressive behaviour of buskers and stall holders, newcomers also commented that strong food and cooking smells proved to make for a less than pleasant arrival.
