Without a doubt, this holiday has been found to be very relaxing. The remote location, the spa and the activities, especially the water sports, have a positive effect on the mood of the guests. Even guests who have been very critical about the resort have been candid about the fact that this resort is an excellent place to lift the mood and the spirit.
Although many of the guests here were quite satisfied with the food, others were not so. It was said that the menu of the hotel is fairly limited and that for a luxury hotel, the choice should have been much more extensive.
All the villas feature an air-conditioning unit in the bedroom and it cools the whole villa. However, owing to the heat, one air-conditioner per villa is just not adequate. Moreover, even for one room, the air-conditioning is not effective enough. Also, there have been several complaints that in some rooms, the air-conditioning units are very noisy and disturb sleep, and need to be shut down.
