city centre is also a ten-minute walk from the resort, there are many
restaurants, bars and shops close by. There are lot of pubs and live
entertainment programmes in the vicinity. Moreover, local transport is easily
accessible from the resort.

Staff at the resort is friendly and helpful. They are always available to assist the guests and keep a cheerful face while interacting with the guests. Guests said that the staff was very polite and extended a warm welcome, giving them a homely feeling.

The resort has nine restaurants offering Italian, Lebanese and Asian cuisine. Local specialities are also served, but guests said that they were disappointed as most of the time restaurants were closed due to various reasons.

Some guests said that the rooms in the resort were dated and dirty. Furniture in the rooms was very old and some of the rooms were stinking. There was dirt and stains in the room giving the rooms a shabby look.

Food served at the resort was not up to the mark as it was tasteless and stale at times. There was hardly any choice available and the food was served in very small portions, which was definitely not worth the cost.
