Guests stated that most of the staff was friendly, helpful and the front-desk employees were able to make check-in and check-out an efficient process.

According to many guests, this hotel is a very budget-friendly alternative to the expensive chain hotels located directly along the Strip, which is especially true around the holidays and when special events are being held in town.

Guests noted that most of the rooms provide helpful features like a microwave, a fridge, dishes, utensils, a toaster and coffee maker and have separate living and dining areas. They also pointed out that there is plenty of space to walk around and store your belongings.

As many guests reported, the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and even though there are weekly housekeeping for extended stays, those cleanings often fell short of their expectations. The furniture was stated to be dirty and had dust accumulated on it, the windows had apparently not been cleaned in quite some time and the kitchen amenities like the dishes and utensils were often not clean enough to use them. Guests also pointed out that the bathrooms showed equal signs of a lack of attention on the housekeepers' part, since the tubs were marked with prints and hair and the floors were dirty.

Several guests noticed that the rooms had a smell of smoke and mold, and they recommend that the furniture be replaced as well.

According to some guests, the cable programming, air-conditioners and even the paid Wi-Fi were less than satisfactory.
