Guests found the staff to be friendly and kind to them, and they were happy to have a reception who spoke good English. The staff are very service-oriented and helped with information and luggage storage.

The hotel was found to be an ideal solution for guests traveling on a business trip as it had a service-oriented staff, good buffet style dining and a shuttle service if needed. The hotel is also clean and modern with the right amenities.

The rooms were found to be sleek by guests who stayed here. Guests felt the rooms were modern and had the basic amenities such as flat-screens, mini fridges and tea and coffee makers, to make for a comfortable stay. The rooms were also cleaned nicely.

Guests found the rooms could use a little more space since they found these to be too small. They would have preferred a little more room to put luggage in and move around.

Guests did not enjoy that the bar area was so small and did not have enough seating. They also did not like that the bar was not open in the afternoons for whoever wanted to sit and relax in the bar.
